WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER

When purchasing your box please ensure that details of the child's name, date of birth and personalised message are included in the "Name and Date of Birth of Child" section which will be visible after selecting the "Add To Shopping Cart" Button. (Where details are not known arrangements can be made to forward the certificate at a later date, if this facility is required please state in the "Other Info" section.)
