Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days from receipt of order. However this may take longer during busy periods especially on Personalised items. All orders require a signature upon receipt, please ensure you give an address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel.

For an extra fee orders received before 12 noon can despatched on the same day using a Royal Mail Special Delivery, except orders recieved after 12 noon on a Thursday - these orders will de despatched on the following Monday. Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following day. All orders require a signature upon receipt, please ensure you give an address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel. PLEASE REMEMBER TO SELECT 'SPECIAL DELIVERY' ON CHECK OUT.

All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery .
