The checkout page of our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.
pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
delivery
We use a next day delivery service and your order will be despatched to the delivery address that you supply within the time frame stated for the item you have purchased. Orders are normally despatched within 2 working days from receipt of order. However this may take longer during busy periods especially on Personalised items. All orders require a signature upon receipt, please ensure you give an address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel. If a product is unavailable for any reason then a member our team will contact you to make alternative arrangements. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.

Orders received before 13:00 are despatched on the same day using a Next Day delivery service, except orders recieved after 13:00 on a Thursday - these orders will de despatched on the following Monday. Orders received after 13:00 will be despatched the following day. All orders require a signature upon receipt, please ensure you give an address where there will be someone to sign for your parcel.
For orders where guaranteed delivery is required earlier than the days stated, please contact via email or call us on 0116 2886181 for special arrangements to be made.
returns
We guarantee your satisfaction, our products are covered by a 7 day no quibble guarantee*. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days we will refund the price of the item less P&P. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery - you will be responsible for any return postage charges. damages
We can only act on any reports of damage received within 3 days of delivery being made.
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sales@lifememoriesbox.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.
privacy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
